Projet Europa - Condominiums et Maisons de Ville à Montréal

ABOUT

Europa is known for its bold approach to architecture and design—a trademark that is evident in each and every project it undertakes. This approach is achieved by carefully selecting top-notch architects and by acquiring strategic building sites that are unique and offer residents quality of life.

Europa has been active in real estate since 1986. Over the years, it has renovated, transformed and converted numerous residential, industrial and commercial buildings into living spaces as well as completed several new housing projects in Old Montreal, the Plateau Mont-Royal, Centre-Sud and Outremont. With developments ranging from attached townhomes to a 12-story building of over 200 000 square feet in Old Montreal, Europa has specialized in residential building since its inception.

Europa makes use of all current construction techniques related to major renovation and underpinning, structural steel, wood/brick, reinforced concrete and curtain walls. Numerous interior design concepts in some of our units have involved the most stringent requirements and specifications, often yielding spectacular, high-quality results. The wide range of projects undertaken, all visually striking, has given Europa extensive experience in construction and customer service.
